“Look to the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.” 1 Chron. 16:11    

I am convinced more and more I need to seek Him more and more. Primarily, I seek Him for help with my discipleship ministry. I am most passionate about helping men walk with God, to serve Him wholeheartedly, not by the least they can do, but with a mentality that is all in. All this to develop them to do the same for another man. This is truly where the rubber meets the road in my ministry, discipling men to become disciple makers. 

Presently I am seeking Him for the other part of 141 Ministry, and that is helping Pastors overseas. This letter is to seek your help for travel expenses for our upcoming trip to the Dominican Republic. My ministry travel partner, Tom Cook and I, have been working together on ministering to Pastors overseas for many years. This includes Romania, Brazil, The Philippines, Zambia, Nicaragua, Haiti, The Dominican Republic, and last April, Cuba. We love to bring Biblical teaching and encouragement to these rural Pastors. We bring them teaching materials also because many have little access to printers or print shops. 

UPDATE: My beloved, Penelope, recently retired after 20 years as a Teaching Associate at a local Elementary school. She is done working there, but she is always working! Penny and I really enjoy working together in ministry. BTW If you received an email from our personal email account asking for a gift card for a sick relative…We were hacked and as a result have since closed that email account. I apologize to those who wondered if it was legitimate.

We do legitimately seek His blessing for this trip through your prayers and gifts.
