Carlson Ministry Update
I am very excited about our growing ministry in Haiti. I leave in a few days for my seventh trip there this year. Our new base is finished so we encourage people to come and minister with us to the Haitian people. We have many opportunities to serve in various ways and you can see about that more on Project Hope’s website, Pjhope.org. We offer good food, clean beds (w/laundry service!), and new hot showers to keep our visiting teams rested and encouraged. Our new building sits at the base of a mountain with views of beautiful mountain ranges out to the front as seen in pics above and below. It’s a great place to come and serve while blessing the Haitian people, to refocus, reprioritize, appreciate all we have, be away from the hustle and bustle, and refresh your own walk with God. You’ll be blessed by our Missionaries Sam and Lisa Berg too, along with our Haitian Staff, if you decide to come and visit.
This fall we had 35 Pastors come and hear four of us Pastor-trainers from the US. Pastor training is a cornerstone of Project Hope and this year our theme was integrity. The idea for integrity was their idea. We had a “novel” thought that instead of us telling them what we think they need, maybe we should ask them what they think they need! We rejoice they received our teaching with humility and gratitude.
I am truly amazed and so grateful for your prayerful and financial support. If you would like to give toward our ministry go to 141Ministry.com, to donate. Please contact me with any questions at 141Ministry@gmail.com or Keith@pjhope.org. We welcome your consideration for missions trip adventure. You will go away, blessed and encouraged. Love to you, Keith
